Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Due to high demand, order processing can take up to 3 business days. Please be patient. Our shipping carriers continue to operate normally where permitted. Due to global Covid-19 restrictions, there may be service interruptions with some shipments causing delays.

We accept orders 24/7 days a week. Orders are shipped from our UK, West Yorkshire location via Royal Mail delivery or other carriers. All orders are subject up to a 1-3 business day processing time prior to shipping. The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if the item is returned for any reason.

Priority Shipping

​

Priority Shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, before 12:00 PM  will usually arrive within 2-4 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 1 business days for handling. Priority shipping is not guaranteed for a specific date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

​

If the package shows delivered to your shipping address but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 10 days of the delivered date. Upon reporting your lost package, we will inquire with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. You must also make claim with the carrier, and give us the claim number. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge or give you a store credit if we do not have an item in stock.

GETIMO will not be responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. If an order is refused and returned by the customer, we will charge a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping will not be refunded.

 

Order Information Confirmation

Please make sure your information on your order is accurate upon checkout. Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, we may require additional information. Customer service will contact you via the phone number or email. If our customer service is unable to contact you, it may delay the processing of your order and lead to a cancellation.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for item(s) in new condition. Return item(s) must not be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. GETIMO will not accept any returns postmarked after 14 days of the purchase date. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. After we receive your return, we will issue you a refund, please call us on (9 am-5pm , Mon-Fri) within 14 days from the ship date

NON - RETURNABLE ITEM(S)

​

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SWIMWEAR, LINGERIES, GIFT CARDS, SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE. GETIMO will not process non-returnable items.

 

Getimo will notify you via email, and you will be responsible for having the non-returnable items shipped back to you. We are not responsible if the customer does not claim the items within 30 days of email notification.
